Service scope

Storewake is a SaaS product for iOS developers, studios, and product teams. Access is provided through a secure workspace model with owner/admin roles and workspace-scoped resources.

Account and workspace responsibility

You must keep credentials secure, keep workspace access limited to trusted team members, and make sure API keys and integration tokens are managed by authorized workspace members only. Storewake is available as a hosted SaaS and may include temporary maintenance windows.

Plans and feature boundaries

The free option supports baseline App Store analysis. Paid usage requires Grow access by workspace. Billing updates are confirmed by Stripe and then reflected by workspace plan state.

• Free access is limited by workspace quotas and usage windows.
• Grow access is managed per workspace and may include higher quotas and daily monitoring.
• Paid access is activated only after Stripe subscription confirmation.

Billing and payment

When paid billing is enabled, Storewake uses Stripe Managed Payments. Checkout is hosted by Stripe and we store subscription status only after confirmation. Subscription changes and cancellation timing are enforced in workspace billing state to avoid unauthorized access or stale entitlements.

Usage and conduct

You must not misuse the service to exceed documented usage limits, automate harmful traffic, or attempt to circumvent plan gates or data access boundaries. We may suspend or restrict access to protect platform stability and other customers.

IP, generated output and support

Storewake branding, source text and UX are proprietary. Publicly shared reports and screenshots from your workspace remain under your control; operational metrics and logs may be retained in system databases for troubleshooting and reliability.

Linked services

Some pages and features connect to App Store APIs, App Store Connect, Apple Search Ads, RevenueCat, Stripe, Render, Neon, Vemetric, and Resend. We use these services only for operation and data processing covered in privacy and legal notices.

Governing law and disputes

Where required by applicable law, we will cooperate with legitimate legal requests. For rights related to personal data and account-level disputes, contact support and we will route to the proper owner and processors.
