Storewake legal
Privacy Policy
How Storewake collects, uses and stores your data, and how to exercise your privacy rights.
Scope and definitions
Storewake is an application and dashboard for ASO and revenue workflow management. This policy applies to the public marketing site, workspace dashboard, and hosted APIs available from Storewake.
Data we process
- Account and authentication data handled by Better Auth (email, secure session tokens, and auth metadata).
- Workspace data you create: apps, keyword targets, history snapshots, competitor links, and integration settings.
- Billing metadata for workspace plans; payment details are handled only by Stripe.
- Operational metadata for support and debugging, including request IDs and usage counters.
- Product-analytics events from product actions and selected page views.
Operational dependencies include App Store data sources (App Store, App Store Connect, Apple Search Ads, RevenueCat), email through Resend, storage on Neon, and hosting on Render. When enabled, error tracking uses Sentry and product analytics uses Vemetric without analytics cookies.
Third-party providers and data movement
Storewake is an ASO workspace used to track rankings, research competitors, and monitor revenues. The workspace model supports owners and admins, with workspace-level permissions for team use.
- App sources are read from App Store APIs, App Store Connect, Apple Search Ads, and RevenueCat.
- Email is sent from Storewake support mailbox via Resend.
- When paid billing is enabled, billing state is verified against Stripe Hosted Checkout and portal links.
- When Sentry is enabled, infrastructure telemetry is limited to operational signals.
- Databases are hosted in Neon; production services run in Render.
